I live in London Ontario Canada. During the year I lived in London UK, I tried to change my address with the bank where I had my student loan. For a few months I didn't get any written communication from the bank. Finally I called, and I realized that the bank thought that I moved from a London Ontario address to another London Ontario address. I said to the operator that the postal code in the UK is different from the postal code in Canada, and how couldn't tell the difference? The operator asked, "How could I know?" Duh!
