Trapped in My Home

Marv, Stephen, and I are big time homebodies. I’m sure we could stay in for at least a week before feeling the itch to go out. Nice to know that based on the supplies we have in our home, we could actually stay in for about 56 days!

My results said 82 days. Yikes! I would certainly not want to try that.
I wonder what I’d have to acquire in order to jack up the number of survival days….
97 days.
You would only need to get a couple of large sacks of dry beans and rice, and several bags of flour, boxes of oatmeal and pasta, and so on. (I shop in bulk)
And I couldn’t include our deep freezer that we store meat in, because that isn’t considered “non-perishable”.
But we could make a lot of jerky… LOL
if we didn’t freeze due to a lack of a wood stove.
Guess I better not have to survive trapped in my home in the winter…
Deb, Of course you would know what to do should the apocalypse come upon us!! Time to start shopping for that wood stove/smoker!
LOL, well, if the Apocalypse comes upon us, all we have to do is loot the houses of everyone that gets taken to Heaven.
