Recycling Team Redeems Itself

Well done! Excellent customer service. In response to my complaint yesterday:
Dear Dr. Hsien-Hsien Lei
I am disappointed to learn that a recycling crew have behaved in this manner. We are conscious that residents are leaving for work, school etc during the morning period and our crews have been advised to keep the stops for loading to a minimum, to prevent delays on the highways.
I will report this incident to senior management at ECT Recycling Ltd. so that they can remind the crews to be aware of residents needs. Please accept our apologies for the delay and the inconvenience caused during this incident.
Kind Regards

It does help to have title with your name too!
I proved this when writing to the school principal several times via email. I didn’t receive replies. Until one day I opened up a fictitious email address and had the User ID titled with a “Dr”. Whoa, I received a reply the very next day with the email reply copied to his Vice-principal and the teachers concerned!
Sam! How lovely to see you here. I recommend Moms in Mind slings to everyone who needs them…you must get at least 3 referrals from me a year. LOL I used my MIM sling all the way up until Stephen turned 4 or so.
I hope you called the principal out for being an ijit regarding the Dr. business!
Kind regards indeed! Well done.
The email was very cordial but somehow I don’t think anything on recycling day will change. Ohhh, how I’m already dreading Wednesday.
Thanks ! I used with Tim until he was 4 too!
Abt the Principal? It’s not worth it. It just proved my point. I’ve learnt how to get around the system by now anyway.
If we ever enroll Stephen in the Singapore school system, I’ll be asking for some pointers!
Make friends with the teachers. Get the principal’s handphone. *HAHA*
You laugh but you know that’s totally what I do….
