I’m a Rounder

Scott Adams in The Dilbert Blog says:
ROUNDERS: This group rounds things off. A problem that’s a two on a scale of one to ten gets rounded to zero. If a rounder has five problems that are all about a two on a scale of one to ten, he’ll tell you he has no problems.
That’s me. Blinders on. Head in the sand.
Scott also hands out an assignment:
Your assignment for today is to describe your own job in one sentence, preferably in a humorously derogatory way.
This is mine:
It’s my job to make a big deal out of nothing.

What’s your job description? (Don’t miss the reader responses to this at The Dilbert Blog.)

Mine is:
Answering questions that no one has asked.
At least not out loud!
Mine is to tell everyone that their problems are insignificant in the grand scheme of things and they should just get on with it.
Yes! I like to tell people to suck it up and deal.
Mine is to appear empathetic when I don’t have a compassionate bone in my body at that particular time.
And you do a terrific job of it, Kendra!
Mine is to pass on trivial and fantastic information about very old literature written in dead languages by very dead authors who may or may nor have existed.
(No, I’m not referred to my “blog job”!)
lol Your dedication astounds me, Kristina.
