Thanks for sharing your success tips. They make a lot of sense to me. Here’s mine:
1. Don’t jump to conclusion
2. Be open
3. Learn from mistakes
These are all very good! I don’t really have any special tips, apart from always keep a ?5 note (or local currency equivalent) tucked in a secret pocket of your purse. ?5 can buy you a travelcard (well used to be able, in MY day), or food for a day, or a phonecard, or tampons, or a stiff drink at the pub, and generally save your life in real (ie. student) emergencies. The problem is remembering to replace it!
Sheila: I know what you’re thinking. ptooey!
Char: I don’t think I’ve owned a bottle of hairspray in years! Must go get some just in case.
Wini: Yours are great!
Rosie: I carry ?50 with me just in case. HAhahAHhaha Just kidding.
