10 Random Facts About Me
Posted by Cottontimer on 18 Oct 2006 | Tagged as: Me, Memes and Quizzes
Stef tagged me and since I’m feeling the itch to blog but have no more creative power to think of a clever (ha!) subject to write about, I shall list 10 random facts about me…starting NOW!
- I’m getting a groove on the left side of my temple where my slightly-too-tight glasses clutch my head.
- I have a lot of freckles even though I stay out of the sun and wear lotion/make-up with SPF.
- Marv found four strands of grey hair all in a bunch on the left side of my head last weekend. Wonder what section of brain that corresponds to.
- I hate wasting time waiting with nothing to do.
- People who enjoy shoving their overinflated egos in my face annoy me the most (especially since I can trump most of them).
- My favorite TV show is The West Wing and I used to fantasize about a career in politics when I was in college.
- I like my fingernails really really short with barely any white showing.
- I get things done and I don’t whine about it (well, hardly ever).
- Whenever I feel funky, a couple of mint antacids usually do the trick.
- My best and worst quality is the same - I’m a positive thinker and hardly ever consider the negative side of things, like what would happen if things don’t go as planned. Luckily, Marv is the opposite so I am still prepared just in case.

I’ve always liked political tv dramas and movies so I don’t know why I’ve never watched The West Wing. I’ve heard great things about it when Rob Lowe was in it.
Cigarette smoke and liars are big pet peeves with me. I cannot stand the smell of cigarette smoke. I find it repulsive. And why do people think it’s their God-given right to smoke and give other people headaches from the smell? Why do I have to come home from trying to enjoy a nice meal at a restaurant and have take a shower, wash my hair, and change my clothes? Errr! Ok, that was a bit about me and a big rant. Sorry.
I like to watch Gilmore Girls, but don’t get to see it very often. I also enjoy romantic comedies. They’re my favorite type of movie.
