Four Weeks Women’s Lifestyle Magazine

Four Weeks is a free, monthly online lifestyle magazine for women that introduces something new: it’s the first magazine to be specifically tailored to each week of a woman’s monthly hormone cycle.
What an interesting idea and snazzy site! Each week’s mini-magazine is broken down into themes.
- Week 1 theme: Fun and familiar
- Week 2 theme: Exciting and exotic
- Week 3 theme: Cautious and caring
- Week 4 theme: Indulgent and introspective
Week 1 starts with the first day of your period so the idea of it being fun and familiar is almost alien to me at that time of the month. I’d say week 1 should be tired and blah. In any case, I’m going to track my cycle this month just to see how everything syncs with the themes.
FYI, the average length of a complete menstrual cycle is 28 days, but can range from 21-36 days.
Update: Check out Four Weeks Editor Gabrielle Lichterman’s book too - 28 Days: What Your Cycle Reveals About Your Love Life, Moods, And Potential!

This looks really interesting — and may help many of us understand our emotions a little better!
At first I thought you were joking, but it actually is a cool idea. The only problem being is that since each woman is on a different cycle, all your friends will be reading different parts at different times, so how can you discuss any of the articles?
Heather: I think my emotions will always remain a mystery.
Neil: Hello! What an honor to get your great comment. How did you make your way here?
As for reading and discussion, we women are capable of functioning at multi-levels unlike you men.
