Not that most of you will care too much but I thought I’d try to help anyone who comes via a search engine looking for information on why Wanadoo is CRAP. According to The Register, Wanadoo had a problem with the software used to keep track of customers who’ve had problems with their broadband after being moved to the new LLU network (that’s us!!). Many many customers were lost in the system and some have even been without broadband for almost three months! *screams*

At least there’s a place to turn to now. Kevin Ellis from London has started an online forum – Wanadoo Problems. I don’t know how he manages to run it, though, considering he’s been without broadband for EIGHT weeks now. Thank goodness there are proactive people like him. Hope Wanadoo gets their act together because more people are documenting their troubles publicly.
