[...] I am extra special thankful for the quality of service I receive when it comes to the internet after following my friend & fellow blogger Hsien-Hsien Lei’s ongoing internet connectivity woes. It all began in February, signing up for broadband… sounds great? As you can read in her March entry, she ended up with a complimentary dial-up account while they “fix the problem”. Wonderful! or maybe not. [...]

[...] Since I signed up for Wanadoo/Orange Wireless & Talk over three months ago, I’ve experienced nothing but trouble. After more than two months of no broadband at all, I’ve decided that I need to start documenting this publicly EVERY DAY. So, from now until I either get my broadband reinstated or switch to a new ISP (which I’m working on), I’ll be putting a little tag on all my entries counting the days and hoping to put myself on the Web listed high in searches for Wanadoo/Orange broadband troubles.
[...] Not that most of you will care too much but I thought I’d try to help anyone who comes via a search engine looking for information on why Wanadoo is CRAP. According to The Register, Wanadoo had a problem with the software used to keep track of customers who’ve had problems with their broadband after being moved to the new LLU network (that’s us!!). So many many customers got lost in the system and some have even been without broadband for almost three months! *screams* [...]
