Her mother, my grandmother wouldn't let us bite candy canes because it made crumbs, candy crumbs I guess. You had to suck them to deadly points that would poke your tongue). My little sister would carefully bite the top cookie off and lick the frosting. I just don't really care for frosting. I'm not sure exactly how they compare to Oreos, as it's been well over a decade since I've had one. But I say, live a little! Try something new!
