Energizer LED Reading Light

Lucky me! This Energizer Trim Flex LED is being sold here for just $6 (Amazon has it priced from $8.70 to $11.88). The “super bright white LED never needs replacing” and it can run 30 hours on two CR2032 lithium batteries. My old one ate two AAA batteries every few nights of reading.
The light and clamp are sleek and lightweight so I can use it on even the smallest books without damaging the pages. Other reading lights I’ve seen are bulky and pricey in comparison.
I love to read until I fall asleep but haven’t been able to read in bed because the lamp disturbs Stephen. If I read in the living room, by the time I get to bed I’m awake again. It’s going to be a good reading night tonight!

That sounds brilliant. At the moment I’m alone and can have as much light/music/TV on whilst I’m in bed as I want. But I have lived with various boyfriends, as well as sharing a bed with my sister when we’re at Mummy’s, and as I’m an all-night reader, it has always been an issue. I’ll be looking out for one.
My reading light is taped to the bed post, because it’s annoying to clip to my book. It also goes through lightbulbs fairly quickly. I will have to look into buying an LED reading light
Let us know how it works out. I have the same problem at night…
Rosie: Reading lights are totally worth it. I used my old reading light a lot but the lightbulb would get really hot and burnout.
Deb: That’s a good idea! But then you’re stuck in one spot. I’m usually having to dodge sleeping bodies on the move. hehe
river2sea72: I couldn’t test it out last night b/c I fell asleep with Stephen!
[...] The Energizer LED reading light I got earlier this week has been working great. Stephen approves too! I may have to get him his own. [...]
